标题[Ask ] Any foreign friends want to talk in skype?

I am a high school students in Taiwan and I am 17 now
I hope there can be a foreign friend talk in English with me
So that can improve my English speaking ability
And if necessary,I can talk in Chinese with u (just like language exchange)
Whether MSN or skype would be ok
