i also suffer from insomnia.....last about half of years that's really horror experience. in that time,i get lost myself in every night,all anxiety,fear full my body.really really want a friend stay with me. until now,i still wnat a sleeping pill to get a better sleep.little by little,i get used to this situation. now i don't feel anxious in night. because a pill can make me spritedness on next day. haha...is that a good thing? i hope one day i can quit pill... ※ 引述《dreamwayfare (往前飞)》之铭言： : Last night I had a nightmare.
