Surely that everyone on earth might have been suffered such terrible neighbors issue in one's whole life, or is suffering now. Take me for example. Since there's a poolroom right in front of my house, there're always people making noise loudly no matter how late it is. Sometimes you can even see them barbecuing right on the street, drinking beers and making fun all night, let alone bothering others. (how weird?) The only thing you can do is try to adjust youself to that kind of environment, though I still find it intolerable once in a while. One of my best friends once told me that there's always mahjong playing sound making from next door twenty-four hours. He often wonders how many people there could be to make it possible. After hearing his complaints about his neighbor, I feel somewhat comforted. Perhaps you can call it a kind of philosophy of mine. As long as you can not make other people changing for you, why not just change yourself? --
