I've just started keeping a blog, its pretty cool, you can write about anything that is happening in your life or share your thoughts/ideas. I have a lot of friends who don't live in Taiwan so its really interesting for me to read their blogs and find out what they've been up to. And you can comment or talk to them about what they've written, its a great way to keep in touch. I agree that it shouldn't be too personal because anyone can read it. If I wrote things on my blog that I usually write in my diary and my family members read it I would feel really awkward.
