I trust that all of you feel this way sometimes, that is, wish you could turn back time, and do/say someting differently, believing that it would lead to a much better outcome. I asked my friends the other day, if they ever thought of turning back time. But I think they missed my point. I don't reall mean turn back time so that you can say hi to that person, or hadn't sworn at your friends when you got really mad at them... Not trivial things like that. The truth is, at this point in time, I feel like such a failure that I wish I could reverse the whole of 2004 And I'm serious. I've thought many times in agony, at how things will guarantee to be better if I had, not so much as doing a single thing differently, more like behaving completely differently altogether. I know that is too much to ask, but this is probalby the first time in my whole life, where I've felt very very deep regret, at what had happened. Not so much as a tragedy but depressing thoughts for the many missed opportunities, as well as the other causes of my current misery. And to nkow that all these would not have happened, if I had done so and so differently back in whatever time... I know I need to stop thinking what is impossible, for it only makes me lonely and miserable. But I simply don't know what to do, and there is nothing which can make me feel any better at the moment. continuous disappointments and boredom. :( Sorry this is so long, got a little carried away. But I was actually wondering (if you've read this far!) if you have any thoughts on this issue, perhaps even advice on how I can get out of this endless circle of wistful thinking? ^^ --
