Well, I asked my roommate last year, who is a white. He told me that he never
heard this phrase used to describe, or imply anything sexual. However, it
"might" be possible if the speaker is a girl. (According to him, girls twist
words to express whatever they want to say....lol). But he also say it's still
doubtful, unless a specific situation is given, he didn't see anything sexual
implied by the phrse "You freak me out".
Generally speaking, I heard (or used) this idiom to described the situation
that comes out all the sudden, and scared me on the process, for example,
when I walked to the door, someone suddenly jumped out and yelled, then I said:
"You freak me out".
