Well, double negative is wrong in terms of grammar. And it sounds more like
African American (no offense) type of English.
Anyway, generally speaking, if I hear sentence like this, I will think "he/she
doesn't love me anymore". In other word, I interpret this sentence as
"I don't love you anymore".
