标题[文法] 感叹句 what/how

请问一下 一般学校都教
How hot it is!
或 How beautifully she dances!
也就是动词是在主祠後方
但是最近在书上看到这样的句子
Oh, how fine and fair were the things which she wove in her loom!
(书名 Unveiling Greek Mythology 1; p64)
明显我们可以看到
此句的动词是在主词前面
我不禁想问
感叹句中所谓先主词再动词的语法
也就是 How hot it is! 这样的句子
是只限定该句中的主词後方没有用关代修饰吗?
我自己的分析是
由於书中原本的句子若遵照文法写成
how fine and fair the things which she wove in her loom were!
会显得句子不平衡 (主词头重脚轻之类的感觉)
拿另一个例子来比较
也就是说 有点像是介副词摆句首的倒装方式
例如下面的句子
Out flew ten thousand strange creatures with death-like and gaunt
and dreadful forms.
如果用原本一般的写法
Ten thousand strange creatures with death-like and gaunt and dreadful forms
flew out.
会显得头过重 (主词头重脚轻) 这样的感觉
请问用这样的解释是否可行?
抑或是原本文法书上写的才是对的?
请不吝指教
