- change cpu core to 80286
- support 16MB memory and A20 mask control
- support cmos memory and cpu reset control
- support pic and pit
- support int 15h ah=87h (copy extended memory)
- support int 15h ah=88h (get extended memory size)
- support int 15h ah=89h (switchto protected mode)
- fix command tail in psp when no options are given
