Tweaked some log messages. - Better fix for Issue 99: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Required 393216 remaining bytes in buffer, only had 278528 - Added Menu item “Dump ISO to iso-index.txt” under “Debug” (thanks to fiveofhearts for implementing the ISO dump function) - Compiler: enable the debugger only if the debugger window is open when starting the application run.
