标题[求助] 如何替 msx 的 rom patch ips file

最近想玩 Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake 这个游戏
但是是日文版的，但我有找到 IPS 格式的英文对话 patch
我知道 openmsx 可以直接 apply ips
请问有直接替 rom 档打上 ips 的程式吗？
