标题[问题] Sentaurus Device AC simulation

小弟最近在用Sentaurus Device来跑元件AC simulation
原先模拟I-V都是使用7个threads (Tool是SDEVICE)
(在Math Section设定number_of_threads=7，Math Section是global)
也都确实有使用到7个threads去运算
但在做AC simulation的时候，却只使用到1个thread
查阅manual，manual并没有看到相关的问题
google後好像也没看到相关的讨论
请问有前辈遇过这个问题吗？
