标题[问题]请问body偏压

请问一下..我在一篇paper里面有看到
说bias voltage applied to the body node is limited to 0.7V for NMOS
(Vdd-0.7 for PMOS)
是说基体节点的偏压适於0.7吗(NMOS)?
後面有说到因为那里有PN junction
不然的话parasitic diodes会turned on导致很大的电流通过
请问他这样说是为什麽呢??

bias voltage applied to the body node is limited to 0.7V for NMOS
(Vdd-0.7 for PMOS),because there is a PN junction between the body
and source region of the MOSFETs 。otherwise these parasitic diodes will
be turned on and incur huge currents。
