标题[问题] 关於Early effect

For a particular npn transistor operating at v(BE) of 670mV and Ic =
3 mA, the i(C)-v(BE) characteristic has a slope of (三乘十的负五次方) .
To what value of output resistance does this correspond?
我不太懂的是,他就已经把slope求出来了,干麻还问resistance阿?
同ㄧ题:What is the value of the Early voltage for this transistor?
为何答案不是r(0) multiplate Ic?
同ㄧ题:For operation at 30 mA, what would the output resistance become?
应该是V(A)/30(mA) 吧....但V(A)就求错了....所以也错了....@@
