Mother language instruction
Mother tongue instruction generally refers to the use of the
learners’ mother tongue as the medium of instruction. Additionally,
it can refer to the mother tongue as a subject of instruction. It is
considered to be an important component of quality education,
particularly in the early years. The expert view is that mother tongue
instruction should cover both the teaching of and the teaching through
this language.
同一份文件 p14 对於 Mother tongue 的界定有说明
同页也有提到会遇到的困难,表示他们知道这些困难,
但是还是建议这些principles
至於 acquisition,这篇里面出现三次,两次是用在
"acquisition of a second language"
