标题[vim ] 新的语法检查plugin ALE

有神人利用 NeoVim 跟 Vim 8.0 的特性设计出新的 lint engine 了

功能跟 Syntastic 一样，但是 ALE 不用等到存档就可以检查语法
用 Vundle 很容易安装，记得先把 Syntastic 反安装就好
