标题[vim ] gvim （windows）在 insert mode 时，ctrl + y, ctrl + e 没

我看 vim documentation：
|i_CTRL-E| CTRL-E insert the character which is below the cursor
|i_CTRL-Y| CTRL-Y insert the character which is above the cursor
这两个键在我的 gvim 上没有作用，
在 Linux 上的 vim 就可以，
请问你们有遇过类似的问题吗？谢谢～
