标题[考试] 关於凯因斯的投机性需求

来源: 这个是我在以前的考卷上找到的问题，我的答案miss了
科目:总体经济、货币银行
问题:why is Keynes's analysis of the speculative
demand for money important to his view that
velocity will undergo substantial fluctuations
and thus cannot be treated as constant
我的想法:
我认为 凯因斯认为社会大众对投机动机的货币需求会是利率减函数时，
利率高时，保有的货币少，利率低时，保有的货币多。
这题是申论题，可是我不知道该再从哪边加强，让答案更完整欸。
