标题[请益] 劳工弹性问题

The demand for labor will be less elastic:
A. At lower wage rates than at higher wage rate.
B. In the long run than in the short run.
C. The less labor intensive the production process.
我个人是选A，就点弹性的角度来看，低价格在需求线上的点弹性较高价格小。
可是答案是C。
於是我就想说难道是因为劳动不密集的产业，所需要的人比较具有高智慧，比较不可替代
，所以才会弹性较低?
不知道哪一个想法才是对的?
