标题[请益]“Price gouging”law

The State of Florida has a “price gouging” law that fines certain
businesses, particularly gas stations, for increasing their prices during
crises, such as when hurricanes approach. Explain the nature of the price
gouging law and critique the law using basic micro economic tools. Based on
your economic analysis, state whether you think these price gouging laws are
a good idea.
大家好 最近在试着写这一题
Price gouging 是指商家在台风季节哄抬价位的行为
基本上我觉得这项法条设置的很好
为了一般民众而设限价格是很好的考量
但石油这项东西并不会因为台风来而减量不是吗?
人民不太会因为石油的涨幅而做太大的反应
因为无论油价的高低 它对某些人来说还是一项必需品
另外 针对供应商方面
如果在美国佛州被限制售价 商人是否会价低在佛州设点的意愿
就像Price Ceiling有可能造成企业出走那样?
有没有人可以分享一些看法呢? 谢谢了:)
