标题[考试] 关於货币供给的问题

问题: Q:if the central bank purchases government securities on the open
market,the money supply will
(c) increase only if the seller of those securities is a
commercial bank belonging to the central bank
(e) increase through the commercial banking system regardless of
who the seller is.
我的想法:
我看两份解答，不过解答不一样，一个选c 一个选e 如上所示
我是觉得应该要透过属於中央银行所属的银行货币供给才会增加吧，因为货币乘数
是用中央银行的通货(C)和准备金(R)去算 m=M/MB .M=货币供给 MB=货币基数=C+R
不知道正确答案是哪一个@@
