标题[问题] 除错时，Change variable value的选项

请问有关Eclipse CDT Debug介面的一个问题
我依照Eclipse线上手册

In the Variables view, right-click the input variable, and select Change
Value... and type 'm' between the single quotes and hit OK.
但是按右键後却找不到可以改变变数的选项，截图

请问Change variables的选项该从何处叫出来呢？
使用的是

已经补上#include <cstdlib>
开发环境为
Windows XP SP3
