标题[问题] 切换 release / debug 模式

想问 eclipse 中，何处可以切换专案为 debug mode 或是 release mode。
最近在玩 android + proguard
最新的 SDK (r8) 已经内建 proguard。
在专案为 release mode 的时候会自动加上 progurad 的功能。
但是我百寻不着在哪边设定可以调整专案的 mode。
以前是用 ant build，可以利用修改 xml 的方式来达到。

此网页有提到
"project scope,Release or Debug,from the menu"
但是也找不到 project scope 在哪。
