Prso said he wanted to ensure his side, currently third in European Qualifying Group Eight, made it to Germany. "That would complete one part of my career," Prso told Croatia's Vecernji List newspaper on Monday. The 30-year-old, twice Croatian player of the year, added: "After that I would say goodbye to the national team... for my health it would be the best." Prso was plagued by injuries in the 1990s but became a regular for Croatia after good performances for Monaco in the French first division.
