侨委会每年都会委请几位台湾的大厨，以两人为组到世界各地展示台湾美食， 今年来到欧洲的是锺易庭和陈秉文两位名厨。 第一站是爱尔兰，接下来英国，荷兰，今年第一次来到捷克。 首站 Olomouc, 地点是米其林大厨 Roman Paulus 的餐厅 Bistro Paulus 当地媒体也来报导。电视新闻也报导。 部分翻译如下 In Olomouc, cooks from Taiwan cooked for us. 两位来自台湾的主厨在 捷克 Olomouc 为我们展示台湾菜肴。 On their gastronomic tour they stopped for a while in Antrium Envelopa Office Centrum. 他们这趟美食飨宴旅程来到了 Antrium Envelopa Office Centrum. Martin Faif explains that "It is a rather special event, organized by the Taiwanese embassy, but at the same time it was brought to Olomouc by Professor Chou, who works at the law school. She is here as a visiting professor from the USA. She is originally from Taiwan and thanks to this the Embassy has connected with Olomouc and the opportunity to taste Taiwanese cuisine." 法学院副院长 Martin Faix 接受访问时表示，"这是一个满特别的活动，由台湾驻捷克代表处主办，并由在法学院任教的周教授在 Olomouc 这里协助联系。教授是法学院今年的交换学者平常任教於美国的大学，原籍台湾，他与台湾代表处联系在 Olomouc 的餐厅而促成这次的活动顺利完成，让大家可以享受台湾美食。 The masters of Taiwanese cuisine prepared several unusual dishes for Olomouc residents. Those interested could taste cuttlefish with five flavours, fried pork belly in crispy crust with peanut sauce, cold sesame noodles or sweet date soup. The Taiwanese chefs were provided with the background by Michelin chef Roman Pavlus, who runs a well-known bistro in Envelopa. Roman says " 两位台湾名厨为大家准备了几道很少见的料理，包括五香软丝，红槽腌制猪排切片，台湾凉面配芝麻酱，和红枣白木耳热甜汤。 台湾名厨在米其林主厨， Roman Paulus 的着名餐厅， Bistro Paulus, 跟其他副厨一起准备餐点佳肴。 Bistro Paulus 位於 Envelopa 街上，Paulus 受访时提到， "I have cooked in Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Hanoi, Thailand, but not in China or Taiwan, so this is a great variety and experience for us." 我曾在斯里兰卡，香港，河内，泰国等展示厨艺，但从来没有在中国，或是台湾等国家大展厨技。对我们来说， 这次的活动是很好的交流经验。..... --
