What you are asking is anthropogenic lead, I think.
It means any Pb which is not produced by natural radioactive decays.
The reason geochronologists don't like it is because it confuses and
screws up your data. Most of terrestrial samples are contaminated by
anthropogenic lead, which is pretty bad.
