若常改 windows 环境变数 Path 的人，一看便知是啥东东了。
在Google找了好久，终於有人写出来了 XD
软体特色：
頼得打字，Copy自官网：
1. Implemented using Win32, Does not depend on MFC or .NET
2. Missing folders are highlighted with different icon.
3. To edit System PATH, offers to be launched with elevated admin
privilege, similar to "Run as Administrator"
4. Double clicking any path entry attempts to open in Windows Explorer.
