软体名称：HoeKey
功能/用途：快速键
推荐原因：超好用的快速键程式 档案又小 可以设定快速键来开启档案、程式
还可以调整音量 控制程式的功能 像是Mediaplayer的play、stop等等
还能移动视窗位置 移到中央 还有透明化 缩到tray里.. 一堆功能
