标题[问题] floating gate or floating node

SPEC上面列了三种情况:
(a) A gate that cannot reach any PO
(b) A gate that cannot be reached from any PI
(c) A gate that cannot be reached from PI and PO
好像还有另一种情况 是gate有连到PI及PO
但是有一个node是floating的

如果是遇到这种情况 算不算是floating gate?
那模拟的时候要怎麽处理?
