标题[问题] 关於final project 的缴交方式

我想请问一下，什麽是readme档案？
网站上的以下叙述我不太了解↓
Include a “README” file that explains the files in your directory
and provide a simple usage manual (e.g. Help message) for your program.
还有这个压缩档是要用winzip 还是winrar？
然後要如何将word转成pdf档？
