标题[公告] Homework #8 is now online

Please start in ASAP.
题目稍微有修改, 跟上课说的有一点不同,
主要是 Graph 的 constructor 将不用 allocate memory for vertices.
而是在另一个 member function "Graph::readGraph()" 中才 allocate
并且 construct the graph.
这样子就不用在 class Graph 中宣告一个 Vertex ** 来存所有的 vertices 了.
