标题[情报] 关於 standardize rule #3 (complement)

很多人在这里会遇到问题, 我稍微提示一下好了...
For example, in this rule ---
ITE(F, G, H) = ITE(!F, H, G)
It's a pitfall to think that the F on the left hand side is "no-bubble", and
the F on the right hand side is "with bubble".
NOTE: the F and !F on both sides just say that they are "complemented".
It does not mean which one has or has no bubble...
Don't get confused...
The same principle applies to other part of this rule.
