Sorry for the delay. The upload link is the same as HW#1. TA has updated the
page and you can submit it now.
As for what and how to turn in, please refer to the class website. I copy
part of it here ---

2. 程式作业规定
* 本课程大部分的作业都需要写程式
* 所有程式必须在 Linux 作业系统编写与测试，否则不予计分
* 请附上以下档案(命名规则如上所述):
i. 原始码(source code): 不要缴交执行档，助教会在自己的Linux machine
上编译与执行你的程式。
ii. README file: 注明你所使用的platform，compiler与makefile，如何
compile 和执行你的程式，以及对於所附档案之简单说明等等。
iii. 简单的测试结果(outputs) 以利评分。
iv. 其它有助於评分之资料。
* 切勿抄袭，否则抄袭者与被抄袭者皆以零分计算
