The Dodgers acquired Manny Ramirez from the Boston Red Sox today in a
three-team deal that sent the Pittsburgh Pirates' Jason Bay to Boston.
They give up two minor leaguers, including Andy LaRoche, in three-way deal
involving the Pirates. Jason Bay goes to Boston.

Manny Ramirez is heading to the Dodgers.
The Dodgers agreed today to acquire the talented but troubled slugger from
the Boston Red Sox, two sources speaking anonymously because the club had not
yet announced the deal told The Times. Ramirez waived his no-trade clause in
order to complete the trade, a source confirmed.
