Well, it is Vazquez who does not want to play for LA.
But he did not refuse to take the physical.
The reason that he does not want to come here is that
he and his family have a strong tie to the east coast.
And Frank McCourt actually said he respected Vazquez's decision,
after all, family is the most important thing on earth.
Things did not turn out that ugly, and I think Vazquez is in good shape.
(Well, not that good for giving up that grand slam to Damon though...)X
