标题[问题] 小孩腰痛挂哪一科

小孩目前五岁，近半年来偶尔说起他腰痛。
因为都是晚上睡觉时跟妈妈说，所以就当撒骄方式。
最近比较常提起，好像真的需要认真看待。
按压後腰肌肉会痛，但按了脊骨没事，怀疑是肾脏。
请问这样要挂哪一科较适合？
先从一般小儿科看起，再到专门门诊吗？
