标题[问题] 胸部X光报告问题

各位大大好，最近因为要入院手术
照了胸部X光，刚刚在健康存摺看到报告
报告内容如下：
No cardiomegaly.Increased infiltration in both lungIncreased density at retroc
ardiac region.Opacified lesion at uppers maybe rib calcifications.Suggest furt
her exam, if clinic needed.
google翻译过还是看不太懂@@
请问这会有什麽问题吗？
需要去挂号追踪吗？
三个月前也照过，当时报告没事
