标题[问题] 看不懂英文的诊断内容

家人前阵子去照了电脑断层，但诊断结果总是英文嘛......主要问题的单字倒是好懂，但另外提到的淋巴结的部分无法理解，在门诊时间到之前想先有个底，故求助。
内容如下：
Non-specific small lymph nodes at left level Ib and right level IIb. Favoring of reactive lymph nodes.
