标题[问题] 长期浣肠会有什麽影响？

请问一下，假如长期不喜欢吃青菜，
纤维也摄取不足，平常只喜欢喝酒、
上厕所上不出来，4年以上都有用浣肠剂的
习惯，请问会有什麽不良影响吗？
（担心以後排便问题）
