标题[请益] 涂A酸後变花脸

请问涂抹A酸帮助粉刺代谢吗？
但是变成粉刺大爆炸，这样是正常的吗？
是否会因为使用A酸而引发酒糟？
现在脸花到同事都以为我过敏
（花脸+粉刺多）
ps.我使用的是Adapalene
