标题[问题] 口腔癌前病变及病理报告

各位你们好..
不好意思一直PO文问大家
最近舌头去奇美切片检查
检查结果是良性疣状增生..不过医生说属癌前病变了
我很紧张.
想请问各位
癌前病变如已切除..得癌机率还大吗?(我看网路上是写,癌前病变不治疗,变癌化的机率
很大,那我把他切除了..得癌的机率还会大吗?)
报告上有写我的轻度细胞分化..就是初期病变..
感觉很严重..
以下为我的病理报告
The stratified squamous epithelium reveals hyperplasia and verrucous
projections that are predominantly superficial to the adjacent epithelium.
Epithelial dyplasia is mildly present. The rete ridges are broad and blunt
associated with inflammatory cell infiltrates.
切片组织是0.4*0.4*0.4
Diagnosis:
Verrucous hyperplasia ,right tongue,excision
