检举案驳回。

於文章

#1PoYYlU7 (DirectSales)中停止以推文争吵。
二、说明
观使用者gigi030507之推文「妈妈跟我说不要理神经病....」一句之语意与上下文，
难称为指摘特定或不特定使用者是「神经病」，本板认为不构成第九条第二项第四款要件
，亦不构成第十一条第一、二款要件，此部分未达违规标准。
然本板发现，使用者saokie与gigi030507两造皆於文章
#1PnfsCZV (DirectSales)、
#1PoYYlU7 (DirectSales)之推文以易起纷争之词语指责对方，依第十一条第六项，
先予以劝停，希望两造能冷静发言，若执意持续争吵行为，不排除予以处分。
三、申诉救济
若不服本判决，得表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板发文申诉。
