，因本板宗旨便是「讨论传直销」，本板自得认定其为故意挑衅、引战、谩骂本板使用者
，且其已达影响看板秩序之程度，本板得主动介入处置，该当违反本板使用规范
第十一条第一项第二、三款，依同法第十六至十九条，应处水桶三十日以上、
三百六十五日以下，并得删除推文，然其尚属初犯，依同法第二十一条，处警告一次。
若持续为之，得视为故意挑衅规范，依第十五条第一项第八款第七目之二论处。
