这个说法颇有趣，可否请教一下是否金融往来的证明，或者是经营权参与的证明?
在经营上，一起组成指的会是参与经营权，请教您是否有MS、IBM的相关文件?
Quixtar官方说明附如下
买机器、架构的建议、经营的顾问，应该称不上组成吧?
MS、IBM都有做IT的顾问，这种方式似乎不能称为组成?
否则全球Intel出了65%以上的CPU、那它大概快要超过政府组织而统治地球了
对於集团性的活动，产品与流通的交叉等等...
