标题问题 Toyota送的jvc 65t Disney+不能开

我的电视是之前Toyota送的JVC 65t 因为智慧电视的功能不全 所以我有去01那边下载了smart tv launcher 等app来改善 我现在下载了Disney+ 也登入了 但都卡在选择使用者那边 每次都会闪退 不知道有没有办法解
