标题[剪辑] Premiere想改成英文介面

问题描述：软体内容的字都是简中，想改成英文，上网看教学影片可以确切了解
已尝试过方式：叫出控制台面板 并无发现 ApplicationLanguage 无法更改语言
控制面板仅出现 ApplicationLanguageBilingual 选项
