标题[ 3D ] 3D Warehouse里面的模型使用版权...

问题描述：
已尝试过方式：爬官网讨论版，terms of use
爬文(Google)?Y
想请问一下，3D Warehouse (Google SketchUp的模型资料库)
里面别人做的模型，我如果下载下来，经过修改後拿来作漫画背景的
参考，是合法的吗？我爬英文讨论区跟term of use是说如果完全没有
修改过的模型当然着作权是在作者那边，要作任何商业使用都要经过作者
同意...但修改後的好像标准就比较宽松...何况如果是拿来作参考并且重制
成漫画的话就不知道到底合不合使用规则...??
