问题描述：3ds max 2011开启错误讯息
在打开3ds max 2011後出现
Error parsing Xaml file;Root element is missing
按确定後又出现
The main Ribbon configuration file is possibly corrupt.
Reset to factory defaults
请问该如何解决呢?
