photoshop里面的Polar Coordinates说明如下：
Converts a selection from its rectangular to polar coordinates,
and vice versa, according to a selected option. You can use this
filter to create a cylinder anamorphosis

appears normal when viewed in a mirrored cylinder.
十八世纪时应该就有了极座标的观念(i)
依我残余的数学基础来虎烂，假如图上的平面座标是（1.1）
也就是长度为根号2公分，θ＝45度
