标题Re: [求助] 2天前从cex.io转出以太，但到现在都没踪影

好像有很多朋友都跟我遇到一样的问题，google一下国外乡民也很多人遇到。
两天前发生事情之後我马上寄信给cex.io，客服有回我并询问我很多关於交易的资料。
我立即回覆了。
昨天，客服回了两封信给我，简单来说他们认为不是他们的问题，是区块链上的问题，内
文如下：
第一封：
In case you are facing an issue where you see 'We are unable to locate the
Transaction Hash', then it should be resolved until the end of today, but most
likely it ought to get resolved in 2-3 hours.
Thank you for understanding.
第二封：
If you are facing a problem with 'We are unable to locate the Transaction Hash'
, the matter got resolved from our end. However, there is still something going
on from the side of blockchain which needs to have some things fixed.
The timeframe is unknown, but we suppose this should be handled by them as
swift as possible.
想请问大神们，我们这些受害者该做什麽ＱＱ
